Luxembourg - AML – Practicalities regarding the Luxembourg register of beneficial owners

In addition to the recent adoption of the Luxembourg law of 13 January 2019 setting up a register of beneficial owners (the “RBE Law”), a new grand-ducal regulation dated 15 February 2019 regarding the registration process, the payment of administrative fees and the access to the information registered in the Register of beneficial owners has now been published to supplement the regime set out by the RBE Law (the “Regulation”). This Regulation which will enter into force on 1 March 2019 provi
