Our AGM Alert 2019 guide aims to help company secretaries and general counsel of UK premium-listed companies who are preparing for their 2019 AGM and finalising this year's annual report.

Companies are not yet required to report against the binding new reporting obligations and fully rewritten UK Corporate Governance Code which were published last July. They should, however, bear in mind the impact of the new governance framework when preparing for this year's AGM and thinking about subsequent annual reports.
