UK - Extension of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime: Operational aspects

The FCA and PRA are continuing to lay the foundations for the extension of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR). During 2018, all regulated firms will need to start preparing for the new rules to take effect.
