UK - New Corporate Governance Code: executive pay and employee engagement requirements

The FRC have published the new Corporate Governance Code and Board Guidance, following last year’s consultation on a revised Code. This implements many of the government’s corporate governance and executive pay reforms, but there are some changes from last year’s proposed Code revisions.
