U.S. Securities Law Briefing: SEC Adopts Numerous Small Amendments to Streamline Disclosure Rules

As part of its continuing “disclosure effectiveness” initiative, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) has adopted a number of small amendments to streamline its rules and forms.
